I am grateful for my health. I am grateful that I feel as though I have had the right people come into my life, such as pediatricians, chiropractors, and MDs, to teach me about the most effective diet. I am grateful for my family and friends and their love and support. I might not talk to them every day, but I know that I can reach out to them for support. I am grateful to have friends and family that reach out to me. It might not be every day, but I am grateful for their attention towards me. I am grateful for modern amenities and technology which make life easier. I may not have the best amenities, but I feel rich at heart for having them.
