It's okay to have negative thoughts. In fact, they can be beneficial in helping us to become better versions of ourselves, as long as we don't let them control us or react to them negatively. Negative thoughts can show us who we are, help us to assess our behaviors, change them, and teach us how to build our character.
When we feel negativity, we can meditate on those feelings and allow ourselves to flow with them rather than reacting to them. We can embrace the frequency of negative feelings within us and transmute them into positivity. We have the power to decide what we want to do with our thoughts and feelings.
Everything in life is teaching us how to become a better version of ourselves, even painful experiences. There is always a lesson to be learned, and we can be grateful for the chance to identify them.
