The rain is a powerful symbol of life, and I am grateful for it. It reminds me of the abundance of life and the importance of caring for my body, mind, and spirit. The water from the rain nourishes not just the earth, but also my soul, and I make sure to keep myself mentally and spiritually fed.
I am grateful for my friends and family, regardless of their proximity to me. Though their love and support may not always be ideal, I know that it exists within me and within the world around me. The love and support of life itself is present in the everyday things that I often take for granted, like having a car to drive to work, a roof over my head, and food to eat.
Even when I'm desiring more love and support from my family, I remind myself that I receive it in other ways. Memories of past experiences and relationships with people who have loved and supported me serve as a reminder of the abundance of love and support that exists in my life. I lack nothing in that regard, and for that, I am grateful.
