At work, I am grateful to have friends who I can connect with. Also, I am grateful for the paid-time-off hours that I have, which I can use to cover tardiness. However, I am aware that some people may exude negative energy, which can be draining and create a negative atmosphere. While I appreciate moments of negativity as an opportunity to develop resilience, I understand the importance of not taking it personally and navigating through it.
Recently, I have been embracing vulnerability, which enables me to delve into innermost parts of me and access deeper layers of my being. Although I sometimes resist vulnerability due to discomfort or feeling as though it is wrong in some circumstances, I understand that I it provides me with an opportunity to connect with my emotions and access sensations that are not typically within my reach on a daily basis. I am grateful for these moments of vulnerability and acknowledge that that they signify a profound connection with both my inner self and those around me.
In summary, I am grateful for the connections I have established in my workplace, the provision of paid-time-off hours, and the chances to cultivate resilience and vulnerability. These opportunities enable me to create a deeper connection with myself and the people in my life.
