Gratitude, Intentions, and the Universe: Reflecting on the Present and Future

Today, I found myself in my head a lot more than usual, thinking about my future and my success. However, I also maintained a foundation of gratitude, which is essential for me. Even though it's easy to get carried away when you're in your head, I didn't let it consume me. I understand that life always works in my favor, and I am grateful for all the blessings that I have received and will receive in the future.

I have been practicing gratitude for things that are not yet fully developed in my life, such as the ability to establish a sound way of making money from a home-based business. I believe that the universe works in my favor, and everything is within my present awareness. Therefore, I am grateful for the universe's guidance and support in fulfilling my desires and dreams.

Lately, I have been thinking about polyandry which I associated with the desire for group connection. I understand that this desire is more than just a lack of something; it's the universe's way of drawing my attention to something that may be relevant in the future or something that I need to emotionally unpack. I am grateful for the universe's guidance and support in my journey towards deeper connections with others.

I am intentional about my words and thoughts because I understand that every word is a spell. It's not the words themselves that have power, but my intentions behind them. Therefore, it is crucial to be aware of our intentions and tendencies and be attentive to them because they impregnate our manifestations.

I am grateful for the chance to connect with others, such as my friend Andrea, even if we don't have a lot in common. Being on a journey with someone and walking through life together is a blessing in itself.

I am also grateful for the opportunity to build my income through a potential job at Express. And saying this, I realize the importance of going back to the basics every now and then, such as expressing simple gratitudes. I say this because I realize that my gratitudes have become more complex. These simple practices can be just as effective in building our gratitude muscle and strengthening our mind, body, and spirit.

In conclusion, I am grateful for the wisdom and guidance that the universe provides me with, and I will continue to be intentional with my thoughts and actions towards my desires and dreams. Thank you, Life... thank you, Universe.

Grateful for the Challenges: Embracing Difficult Emotions and Personal Growth

I am grateful for July 13th, 2023, which was a Thursday, because that day brought about shifts in my mind. Throughout the day, I experienced tiredness, annoyance, and a series of unfortunate events, such as spilling the juice from some cans of dog food on myself. The unpleasant scent lingered throughout the day, making it a challenging day overall. Despite the difficulties, I am grateful for these experiences because they allow me to sit with and process difficult emotions. I recognize that I am not just happiness; I am also boredom, anger, sadness, disappointment, and annoyance. All of these emotions are part of who I am, and it is important to acknowledge and accept them. By sitting in these emotions and exercising gratitude, I gain a broader perspective of myself and my experiences. I can use these moments as opportunities to learn and grow, and hone my coping skills for when similar situations arise in the future.

Grateful for the Path of Personal Growth: Embracing Self-Value and Empowerment

I am grateful for the progress I am making in my personal growth. It is a path that is set for me, and I am thankful for the challenges that come my way because they help me to grow and nurture my soul. In the past, I defined myself a lot contingent on the value that others gave me, and some of my worth was contingent on how much money I had in which I still struggle with sometimes. Although, my self-worth has evolved drastically in other ways. However, I forgive myself for defining my value based on how others perceive me, and I recognize that I must find value within myself rather than seeking validation from others. Money does not define my worth as a person. Instead, it is my character, integrity, and values that truly matter and will live on forever. I am grateful for the teachings, mentorship, and friendship of the Swaruunians , as well as Za'el and Arien . They have helped me to understand the importance of personal development and the power of ideas. I forgive m...
