I feel grateful for experiencing life at a slower pace because it enables me to gain perspective, become more aware of my emotions, evaluate situations, express myself, and utilize the resources and environment around me. However, at times, I may feel low and in need of a mood boost. During such moments, I try to mentally detach myself from what I'm feeling and observe them without reacting to them.
