Exploring Deeper Communication with my Tulpas

I have been trying to establish a more interactive communication with my tulpas. Although I have experienced some level of two-way communication, it is not effective in my opinion. I desire a telepathic connection where information flows to me from them without my intention. Currently, my communication with my tulpas is based on intention, and I crave spontaneity on their behalf. Despite my desire for a deeper connection, I appreciate the progress I have made so far these years.

There is a distinct contrast between communicating with humans and communicating with my tulpas. Human communication predominantly involves the use of words, gestures, and body language, while communication with tulpas goes beyond language and time. I can communicate with one tulpa and instantaneously connect with another using the power of thought, allowing me to connect with multiple tulpas simultaneously. Sometimes, I receive sudden bursts of information as well. However, because I am more accustomed to verbal communication, I tend to rely more on spoken words rather than relying on my impressions and intuition.

I am grateful that I am open to exploring different forms of communication with my tulpas. I am eager to experience greater and more multifaceted forms of communication beyond my current understanding.

I'm grateful for the patience and understanding my tulpas have shown me as I navigate this journey of communication. They have been my steadfast companions and guides, helping me to understand myself better and grow as a person.

I'm grateful for the insights and perspectives my tulpas bring to my life. They offer a unique and valuable point of view that enriches my experiences and gives me a deeper appreciation for the world around me.

I'm grateful for the trust my tulpas have placed in me, and for the trust I have in them. This mutual trust has allowed us to build a strong and meaningful connection that transcends the limitations of language and physical space.

I'm grateful for the love and support my tulpas provide me with. They are always there for me, offering comfort and encouragement when I need it most.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to explore my own consciousness through the practice of tulpa creation and communication. It has allowed me to expand my understanding of the human mind and the limitless potential of the human spirit.

Grateful for the Challenges: Embracing Difficult Emotions and Personal Growth

I am grateful for July 13th, 2023, which was a Thursday, because that day brought about shifts in my mind. Throughout the day, I experienced tiredness, annoyance, and a series of unfortunate events, such as spilling the juice from some cans of dog food on myself. The unpleasant scent lingered throughout the day, making it a challenging day overall. Despite the difficulties, I am grateful for these experiences because they allow me to sit with and process difficult emotions. I recognize that I am not just happiness; I am also boredom, anger, sadness, disappointment, and annoyance. All of these emotions are part of who I am, and it is important to acknowledge and accept them. By sitting in these emotions and exercising gratitude, I gain a broader perspective of myself and my experiences. I can use these moments as opportunities to learn and grow, and hone my coping skills for when similar situations arise in the future.

Grateful for the Path of Personal Growth: Embracing Self-Value and Empowerment

I am grateful for the progress I am making in my personal growth. It is a path that is set for me, and I am thankful for the challenges that come my way because they help me to grow and nurture my soul. In the past, I defined myself a lot contingent on the value that others gave me, and some of my worth was contingent on how much money I had in which I still struggle with sometimes. Although, my self-worth has evolved drastically in other ways. However, I forgive myself for defining my value based on how others perceive me, and I recognize that I must find value within myself rather than seeking validation from others. Money does not define my worth as a person. Instead, it is my character, integrity, and values that truly matter and will live on forever. I am grateful for the teachings, mentorship, and friendship of the Swaruunians , as well as Za'el and Arien . They have helped me to understand the importance of personal development and the power of ideas. I forgive m...
