Shifting Perspectives: Understanding Abundance and Money

I want to record some thoughts about money because it is the foundation of the world and is connected to many things. In particular, my goal is to explore the idea of abundance and recondition my mindset to perceive things through the lens of abundance. I am convinced that every day offers an abundance of lessons, and tapping into those lessons require going within and assessing your relationship with the world.

Abundance is not simply having a lot of money in your bank account; even having just a dollar can be considered abundance. My personal experience has shown me that thinking abundantly leads to experiencing abundance, but this is not a matter of actually receiving it. Rather, a mindset of abundance is a reflection of how you already perceive your relationship with money which creates what I call a 'mirror effect'. A mirror effect is essentially your inner perceptions and ideas emphasized objectively through your experiences.

Now, a mindset of lack is often the root cause of financial struggles, regardless of the amount of money a person has. But this does not rule out the importance of taking responsibility for your finances. For example, it is essential to budget regardless of how wealthy a person is. But it is essential find a balance between the practical perspective which entails budgeting and the psychological aspect, which is maintaining a mindset of abundance. Having a lot of money does not necessarily equate to abundance, as seen in cases where people lose their wealth due to poor financial management. On the other hand, having less income does not necessarily mean a lack of abundance, as long as one still has a mindset of appreciation with what they already have, and can have using the resources that are available to them.

Perspective plays a critical role in understanding abundance. For example, having $50 in the bank may seem like a small amount, but it can still be considered abundant by altering our perception. Such an amount can cover basic needs like food and gas for example. It may not be able to cover the cost of a MacBook, because $50 in abundance does not equate to $1,500 in abundance which would be a hypothetical cost for a MacBook. But by opening our awareness to the abundance that exists within the world, we can begin to work with the resources that we do have and create more abundance which will give us more financial leverage.

The universe works in our favor, and recognizing this fact is key to experiencing abundance. With the right mindset, we can attract abundance in our lives, and our reservoir of resources will continue to grow. Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new about life through the practical utilization of resources which can also help us connect to our inner universe / self when one is conscious of the relationship between one's inner self and the world. When our perspective about life and abundance changes, we see everything as existing abundantly, and can expect that abundance to continue to increase.

Embracing Gratitude, Rest, and Receptiveness in Life's Design

I am grateful for the opportunity to stay home and rest, even though I understand the importance of working to earn money. Rest is a fundamental aspect that I always need to take into consideration. I appreciate the alignment of the universe in my favor, recognizing that there are no coincidences or accidents—everything happens for a reason. It's essential for me to be aware of the need to work consciously, despite the financial limitations that may arise from not being able to work. I trust that this is all part of a greater plan, as there are no lasting consequences. I wholeheartedly embrace this understanding. It reminds me of Tyler Henry, who receives messages from the deceased while in a state of receptiveness. Similarly, I strive to be open to receiving everything that comes my way or the experiences I encounter because I know it allows me to embrace life more fully. It creates a supportive space for me to explore and expand my potential.

Lessons from Two Spider Dreams: Overcoming Preconceived Notions to Embrace Reality

I had two dreams about a spider recently. In the first dream, I opened my closet and thought I saw a spider, but when I looked for it, it couldn't be found. Instead I thought I saw its shadow on my shoulder, but after taking a second look, the credibility of it being the shadow of a spider was insufficient. In the second dream, I woke up from the dream and went to the restroom. On the side of the toilet, I saw a large gray spider, but it didn't seem aggressive. Rather, it looked as though I startled it. I'm not sure what these dreams were trying to tell me, but I can take away a lesson from them which is that, sometimes, things that appear scary may not actually be scary. Our subconscious programming can cause us to project our fears onto things that are objectively harmless. If we can set our programming aside and embrace what's in front of us, we can begin to see more clearly and face reality head-on. To truly own our reality, we must get over our preconce...

The Importance of Checking In with Yourself: Aligning with Your Authenticity and Values

Recently, someone asked me to do something for them, but I felt uncomfortable doing it because it didn't align with my conscience. I decided to be honest with him and told him how I felt. Fortunately, he respected my decision, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have checked in with myself and was authentic about my feelings.  It's important to have experiences like this where we evaluate ourselves and our values in relation to something or someone else. These experiences help us confirm our authenticity towards them and ensure that we're aligning with our true selves. Checking in with ourselves is a practice that we should exercise every day because it allows us to ask whether our actions align with our authenticity. I'm thankful for experiences like this because they remind me of the importance of aligning with my values. Our values are a reflection of who we are as individuals, and it's important to be true to ourselves in all that we do.
