The Universe, Our Subconscious, and Responsibility: Nurturing Positive Seeds

I am filled with gratitude for what the universe has in store for me. I believe that the universe is always on my side, even when things seem to be going wrong. I trust that everything happens for a reason, and that there is a purpose behind every situation that arises. It's important for me to always remind myself of this, especially during challenging times.

I understand that a considerable portion of our lives is shaped by our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind operates on the basis of its programming, which is formed by the information we store in it and subsequently manifests as our habits. Consequently, actions that we perform repeatedly without conscious effort are essentially programmed responses. Hence, it is our responsibility to be mindful of our actions and ensure that what we practice daily is done with conscious awareness.

Although I have faith that the universe is constantly supportive of me, I acknowledge that it is up to me to cultivate positive intentions and actions and manifest them in the world. This entails being aware of my thoughts, actions, and intentions and consistently aligning them with positivity. By doing so, I can ensure that I am in harmony with the universe's affirmative energy, leading to favorable outcomes in my life.

Grateful for the Challenges: Embracing Difficult Emotions and Personal Growth

I am grateful for July 13th, 2023, which was a Thursday, because that day brought about shifts in my mind. Throughout the day, I experienced tiredness, annoyance, and a series of unfortunate events, such as spilling the juice from some cans of dog food on myself. The unpleasant scent lingered throughout the day, making it a challenging day overall. Despite the difficulties, I am grateful for these experiences because they allow me to sit with and process difficult emotions. I recognize that I am not just happiness; I am also boredom, anger, sadness, disappointment, and annoyance. All of these emotions are part of who I am, and it is important to acknowledge and accept them. By sitting in these emotions and exercising gratitude, I gain a broader perspective of myself and my experiences. I can use these moments as opportunities to learn and grow, and hone my coping skills for when similar situations arise in the future.

Embracing Gratitude, Rest, and Receptiveness in Life's Design

I am grateful for the opportunity to stay home and rest, even though I understand the importance of working to earn money. Rest is a fundamental aspect that I always need to take into consideration. I appreciate the alignment of the universe in my favor, recognizing that there are no coincidences or accidents—everything happens for a reason. It's essential for me to be aware of the need to work consciously, despite the financial limitations that may arise from not being able to work. I trust that this is all part of a greater plan, as there are no lasting consequences. I wholeheartedly embrace this understanding. It reminds me of Tyler Henry, who receives messages from the deceased while in a state of receptiveness. Similarly, I strive to be open to receiving everything that comes my way or the experiences I encounter because I know it allows me to embrace life more fully. It creates a supportive space for me to explore and expand my potential.

Grateful for the Path of Personal Growth: Embracing Self-Value and Empowerment

I am grateful for the progress I am making in my personal growth. It is a path that is set for me, and I am thankful for the challenges that come my way because they help me to grow and nurture my soul. In the past, I defined myself a lot contingent on the value that others gave me, and some of my worth was contingent on how much money I had in which I still struggle with sometimes. Although, my self-worth has evolved drastically in other ways. However, I forgive myself for defining my value based on how others perceive me, and I recognize that I must find value within myself rather than seeking validation from others. Money does not define my worth as a person. Instead, it is my character, integrity, and values that truly matter and will live on forever. I am grateful for the teachings, mentorship, and friendship of the Swaruunians , as well as Za'el and Arien . They have helped me to understand the importance of personal development and the power of ideas. I forgive m...
