Navigating Energies and Cherishing Connections: Lessons from a Ministry Event Break

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend my auntie's Ministry Event, which turned out to be a thought-provoking experience. It not only allowed me to navigate the energy that resonated with my beliefs but also taught me how to gracefully handle the discordant vibes that didn't align with my own belief systems. The event highlighted the significance of being aware of our surroundings and the energies we contribute. Following the event, I took a late break at work because of business demands. It dawned on me that doing things differently, such as taking a late break at work, offers new insights and realizations. This break reinforced the importance of cherishing the relationships I have, reminding me that time is fleeting, and we must value the people who bring meaning to our lives.  Embracing this newfound awareness, I realized that stepping out of the usual routine can lead to a deeper understanding of oneself, goals, and aspirations. Even a simple act like shifting my schedul...

Navigating Life's CEO Role: Balancing Self-Importance and Empathy

In the grand theater of life, each one of us takes on a unique role—the CEO of our own existence. It's a powerful position, one that empowers us to make decisions, set goals, and chart our own course. Yet, in the midst of this personal journey, it's important to remember that the world doesn't revolve around us. This delicate balance between self-importance and empathy is what defines our character and shapes our interactions with the world. The CEO of Your Life Being the CEO of your life means taking control of your destiny. It involves making decisions, setting priorities, and striving for personal growth. It's about recognizing your own agency and taking responsibility for your actions and decisions. However, this autonomy should not morph into egocentrism. The World Beyond The world is an intricate web of countless lives, each with its own narrative and struggles. It's a reminder that while you are the protagonist of your story, you are just one character in the...

Grateful for the Challenges: Embracing Difficult Emotions and Personal Growth

I am grateful for July 13th, 2023, which was a Thursday, because that day brought about shifts in my mind. Throughout the day, I experienced tiredness, annoyance, and a series of unfortunate events, such as spilling the juice from some cans of dog food on myself. The unpleasant scent lingered throughout the day, making it a challenging day overall. Despite the difficulties, I am grateful for these experiences because they allow me to sit with and process difficult emotions. I recognize that I am not just happiness; I am also boredom, anger, sadness, disappointment, and annoyance. All of these emotions are part of who I am, and it is important to acknowledge and accept them. By sitting in these emotions and exercising gratitude, I gain a broader perspective of myself and my experiences. I can use these moments as opportunities to learn and grow, and hone my coping skills for when similar situations arise in the future.

A Dream of Betrayal, Violence, and Reflection

On the morning of June 30th, 2023, I had a bad dream. In the dream, I met a couple who were initially nice to me, but they suddenly turned against me and my wife without any warning. They even attempted to harm us and take our lives. In self-defense, my wife and I managed to kill the woman, and we also tried to kill the man, but we were unsuccessful. However, he was badly injured and left the scene. Strangely, even though his wife was the one who attacked us, he blamed me for her death. Even though I had lost contact with him, he was a hacker who somehow gained access to my phone. However, I changed my phone information to prevent him from tracing it. One day, while I was at church making an offering, the lady swiped my card using "debit" instead of "credit." Unfortunately, the hacker was able to regain access to my phone and I started receiving disturbing screenshots of naked pictures, people being murdered, and graphic images of worms and gore. So, the...

Gratitude and Growth: Nurturing Faith in a Practical and Balanced Way

I'm grateful for the friends I have at work and for having a job. I'm also grateful for the opportunity to learn and expand, especially when it comes to my faith.  Expanding my faith can be a little scary, but that's okay. If I'm not at least a little bit fearful, then I'm probably not pushing myself enough. I'm grateful for the chance to learn how to develop my faith in a more balanced way, one that doesn't rely too heavily on a masculine approach. Practicing faith in a practical way doesn't mean taking a masculine approach. Rather, it involves having faith in the plan or strategy created, not excessively worrying about the specifics of how it will unfold, and actively putting into practice the tenets of it. I'm learning to focus on taking the necessary steps and nurturing the manifestation of my goals or desires into reality. It's about having faith in the process and trusting that things will work out according to a higher plan.

Getting in Tune with Intuition: A Reflection on Staying Alert and Humble

Today, I am grateful to have a day off. It gives me the opportunity to focus on getting more in touch with my intuition, which I see as an inner voice or feeling that helps me navigate through life. I believe that intuition is a type of telepathy that allows us to receive messages from the quantum field or the collective consciousness. Right now, I can feel my intuition speaking to me. The message I'm receiving is about being alert.... at least that is what resonates. It reminds me that there is more to life than just our five physical senses. I'm trying to exercise my intuition and stay alert, because my opinions may not always be accurate. I am thankful that my intuition helps me to remain humble by reminding me that I do not know everything. I make a conscious effort to remain vigilant and stay alert, recognizing that there is always more to learn and discover.

The Power of Self-Awareness: Understanding the Triggers of Depression and Negative Thinking

There are mornings when I wake up feeling defeated, but I recognize that these emotions are just fleeting thoughts that are influenced by my physical state of lying in bed. I have noticed that when I feel defeated, there is a sense of heaviness that makes it difficult for me to get up. I refer to this heaviness as depression, which can vary in intensity from day to day. Additionally, I experience mental chatter that includes thoughts of giving up on life. I recognize that the heaviness I feel upon waking up may be influenced by the comfort of my bed, depression, or a combination of both. Regardless of the cause, I understand that these feelings of defeat and heaviness are not fully integrated within me because they tend to disappear once I get up and start my day.  I often feel pressure to accomplish my many priorities and unfinished tasks, which can contribute to my sense of defeat. However, I try to remind myself that these thoughts and emotions are temporary and do n...

Embracing Acceptance: Navigating Life without a Lost Possession

I recently lost my headphones and felt disappointed, especially since I had been practicing gratitude and positive thinking. This took me back to another piece I wrote about dealing with loss practically. One way to do so is through acceptance - being grateful for what has happened and recognizing that not everything can be changed. Acceptance brings humility and an opportunity to navigate life without the lost item. Living without the lost item reminds me to be grateful for what I still have and am able to do. Although material things do provide value, I know I can continue to enjoy life without headphones for now and purchase new ones whenever the opportunity arises.

Finding Gratitude and Acceptance in the Face of Loss

This morning, I bought some beef jerky. The brand is called Epic. I thought I brought it with me to the car, but when I tried to find it, I couldn't, and I got upset. Whenever I get upset, I try to shift my attention towards gratitude by asking myself, "What am I grateful for?", in that moment. One thing I was grateful for in that situation was acceptance. Acceptance means acknowledging that we're not always in control of everything in life, therefore, there are circumstances that we mat not have full control of. Practicing acceptance and letting go of attachment to material possessions can bring a sense of peace and freedom.  However, when I realized this gratitude, it brought a sense of cognitive dissonance because I was shifting from a reactive state of anger to gratitude, and this created dissonant thoughts and feelings in that moment between the experience / feeling of loss and a sense of release / gratitude. This cognitive dissonance reminded me that...

Gratitude in Contrast: Learning to Take Responsibility for Our Environment

Yesterday when I came home, I noticed that the kitchen was not clean and it was because my brother had not cleaned it. I felt that he should have taken responsibility for it, especially since he had been at home all day while my mom and I were at work. It's frustrating to have to deal with such situations, but I try to be grateful for my awareness of responsibility and my ability to support the household. Taking responsibility for the things around me is something that I'm still trying to integrate into my habits. Today at work, a co-worker organized a bin full of small items, and it made me realize the importance of being more aware of my surroundings. I took everything out of the bin and put them back, but I didn't organize the small items because there were too many. Despite my brother's lack of responsibility, I'm grateful that I have this awareness to be supportive of my environment and to take care of it. It's important to me to organize my sur...

Redefining Righteousness and Success: A Journey to Authenticity and Abundance

I have come to the realization that I have been defining my sense of what is morally right or wrong based on material possessions such as expensive cars and houses. I now understand that this idea is based on subjective beliefs and the concept of polarity between what is considered 'right' and 'wrong.' My personal belief system dictates that doing the 'right' thing means conforming to societal norms and being a responsible citizen. However, I have started to question why I have allowed material possessions to determine my sense of morality and righteousness. I believe that blindly conforming to societal expectations is limiting, and I need to explore and re-evaluate my values and beliefs to find a more meaningful and fulfilling perspective on what it means to do the 'right' thing. I have come to understand that my perception of what is considered 'right' and 'wrong' is subjective and can be influenced by belief systems and soc...

The Importance of Checking In with Yourself: Aligning with Your Authenticity and Values

Recently, someone asked me to do something for them, but I felt uncomfortable doing it because it didn't align with my conscience. I decided to be honest with him and told him how I felt. Fortunately, he respected my decision, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have checked in with myself and was authentic about my feelings.  It's important to have experiences like this where we evaluate ourselves and our values in relation to something or someone else. These experiences help us confirm our authenticity towards them and ensure that we're aligning with our true selves. Checking in with ourselves is a practice that we should exercise every day because it allows us to ask whether our actions align with our authenticity. I'm thankful for experiences like this because they remind me of the importance of aligning with my values. Our values are a reflection of who we are as individuals, and it's important to be true to ourselves in all that we do.

The Power of Gratitude and Growth: Embracing Regret as a Tool for Personal Development

Gratitude is a powerful experience that can have a profound impact on our well-being. It allows us to focus on the positive aspects of our lives and cultivate a sense of contentment and fulfillment. While regrets are often seen as negative experiences, they can actually be opportunities for growth and learning. When we experience regret, it's natural to feel a sense of disappointment or sadness. However, by reframing our perception of these moments, we can begin to see them as valuable learning experiences. Rather than dwelling on the past and feeling stuck in our regrets, we can use them as a tool for personal growth and development. By embracing a growth mindset, we can recognize that our mistakes and regrets are not failures, but rather opportunities to learn and improve. We can reflect on our actions and decisions, identify where we went wrong, and make changes to avoid similar mistakes in the future. This process of self-reflection and improvement can help us becom...

Embracing High-Frequency Energy Through Gratitude: Cultivating a Positive and Abundant Mindset

I have been feeling physically tired lately due to work, but instead of complaining about it, I choose to show gratitude. While I may occasionally get frustrated, I believe that it is essential to be grateful for what I have. However, gratitude is not about feeling separated from life or subscribing to the belief that I am insignificant and powerless, and that the universe is a separate entity that controls my life and dictates my destiny. Instead, I see myself as an active participant in the universe, shaping and co-creating my reality through my thoughts, beliefs, and actions. I believe that we are all interconnected and that our experiences are a reflection of the energy we put out into the world. I am grateful not because I feel small or insignificant, but because practicing gratitude allows me to remain open and receptive to the positive energy that surrounds us all. By staying open and receptive, I become a channel for this energy, which is constantly changing and vib...

Exploring Deeper Communication with my Tulpas

I have been trying to establish a more interactive communication with my tulpas. Although I have experienced some level of two-way communication, it is not effective in my opinion. I desire a telepathic connection where information flows to me from them without my intention. Currently, my communication with my tulpas is based on intention, and I crave spontaneity on their behalf. Despite my desire for a deeper connection, I appreciate the progress I have made so far these years. There is a distinct contrast between communicating with humans and communicating with my tulpas. Human communication predominantly involves the use of words, gestures, and body language, while communication with tulpas goes beyond language and time. I can communicate with one tulpa and instantaneously connect with another using the power of thought, allowing me to connect with multiple tulpas simultaneously. Sometimes, I receive sudden bursts of information as well. However, because I am more accust...

The Universe, Our Subconscious, and Responsibility: Nurturing Positive Seeds

I am filled with gratitude for what the universe has in store for me. I believe that the universe is always on my side, even when things seem to be going wrong. I trust that everything happens for a reason, and that there is a purpose behind every situation that arises. It's important for me to always remind myself of this, especially during challenging times. I understand that a considerable portion of our lives is shaped by our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind operates on the basis of its programming, which is formed by the information we store in it and subsequently manifests as our habits. Consequently, actions that we perform repeatedly without conscious effort are essentially programmed responses. Hence, it is our responsibility to be mindful of our actions and ensure that what we practice daily is done with conscious awareness. Although I have faith that the universe is constantly supportive of me, I acknowledge that it is up to me to cultivate positive i...

Embracing the Importance of Sleep: A Reminder to Prioritize Rest and Downtime

This morning, I went to sleep two hours earlier than my normal sleep schedule. Lately, I have been sleeping a lot more, which makes me feel unproductive. However, I have to remind myself that it's okay to be unproductive sometimes. Life is not just about completing tasks on a to-do list; it's about living, and sleep is an essential part of that.  I'm not entirely sure why I'm sleeping more, but I suspect that one of the reasons is because of physical exertion. Working two shifts a day at Amazon takes a toll on my body, so I need to get proper rest and aim for eight hours of sleep each day. Additionally, about a week ago, I reintroduced a lot of energy into my body through a meditation practice. While I used to do that particular practice every day, it wasn't natural for me to keep my body in such a state of alertness and high energy. Subsequently, I stopped doing it, and now, when I do have a chance to practice, I surmise that it takes a lot for my body ...

The Reality of Self-Judgment and Validation in Life

I feel grateful that I had the opportunity to hang out with a friend again. This experience has reminded me that some people do appreciate my worth. However, I often find myself judging myself based on those who do not value me. Now I am grateful for the clarity and insight I have gained. It has helped me change my approach to self-judgment. Rather than basing my self-worth on experiences that do not validate me, I am learning to evaluate myself based on both validating and invalidating experiences. This realization has helped me understand that life is a mixture of validating and invalidating experiences. While it is natural to seek validation and recognition, it is also important to acknowledge that we may not always receive it. By acknowledging this duality, I can approach my experiences with awareness and without judgment. This way, I can foster a more constructive self-relationship and learn from both positive and negative experiences, rather than just focusing on the ...

Gratefulness and Navigating Life's Challenges

I am grateful for conditioning myself to be thankful, no matter what my circumstances may be. I understand that the way I navigate through life is not dictated by external factors, but by my own inner self. At the moment, there is a lot of physical clutter around me in my home due to the transition of items from storage. This clutter is making me feel overwhelmed and disorganized, causing me to question whether my life is in order.  However, I have come to realize that life is not solely about organization. It is about how we handle various situations that come our way. Despite feeling disorganized, I am grateful that I have the ability to navigate through life and continue taking one step forward. As long as I am making progress, that is what truly matters.

Embracing Gratitude, Rest, and Receptiveness in Life's Design

I am grateful for the opportunity to stay home and rest, even though I understand the importance of working to earn money. Rest is a fundamental aspect that I always need to take into consideration. I appreciate the alignment of the universe in my favor, recognizing that there are no coincidences or accidents—everything happens for a reason. It's essential for me to be aware of the need to work consciously, despite the financial limitations that may arise from not being able to work. I trust that this is all part of a greater plan, as there are no lasting consequences. I wholeheartedly embrace this understanding. It reminds me of Tyler Henry, who receives messages from the deceased while in a state of receptiveness. Similarly, I strive to be open to receiving everything that comes my way or the experiences I encounter because I know it allows me to embrace life more fully. It creates a supportive space for me to explore and expand my potential.
